With over 25 years of experience, Wendy has built and led high-volume, interactive learning programs nationally and internationally, encompassing in-person learning events, blended learning, and fully virtual programs.

At Microsoft, Wendy led strategic initiatives to enhance user adoption and streamline onboarding processes, reducing time to full productivity. At Ambry Genetics, she developed high-impact onboarding and competency programs for over 400 new hires, contributing to a 416% increase in sales volume within nine months for key initiatives. Wendy’s expertise lies in designing scalable learning solutions, leveraging real-time analytics for continuous improvement, and aligning training with organizational goals. Her sales training programs drove remarkable growth, including a 36% increase in sales at Ambry Genetics. By integrating training with business objectives, Wendy consistently delivered substantial ROI and improved team efficiency.

As Director of Training and Development at Anthem Insurance, Wendy redefined learning strategies for national accounts, B2B, telesales, and internal sales teams. She architected the Affordable Care Act (ACA) training strategy, achieving 100% adoption and successfully rolling it out across multiple departments. Wendy's contributions helped Anthem earn three consecutive Training Magazine Top 125 Awards for New Hire and Customer Experience Training programs. She also developed a comprehensive training strategy for 1,700 sales associates across 14 markets, achieving a 38% ROI and leading Anthem's largest commercial pay-for-value training program to full adoption.

In her role as Regional Training Manager for Talecris Plasma Resources, Wendy transformed training for nine newly acquired facilities and led ten training managers in compliance and documentation initiatives. Her efforts resulted in the first-ever FDA and GHA audit success with zero training-related observations. Wendy also implemented a National Learning Management System that reduced training costs by over $300,000, achieving all goals ahead of schedule. Her leadership in developing professional programs significantly enhanced individual performance and business outcomes.

Wendy's distinguished career in the Air National Guard earned her recognition as one of the top six enlisted Airmen of the Year, along with the prestigious Air National Guard Honor Guard Program Manager of the Year award. She was also named Services Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year from over 49,000 candidates, acknowledging her exceptional work in revamping the military honors program to align with wartime contingencies. Wendy was honored as part of an elite group of Airmen for her exemplary service and dedication.
